We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Highways Team. The postholder will contribute to the development of projects across the city by undertaking a range of different activities including site visits, monitoring traffic flow, drafting work orders, checking work undertaken on site and identifying new interventions to improve the highway across Peterborough.
The successful candidate will be supported to undertake a three-year Civil Engineering (Apprenticeship in Civil Engineering Technician Level 3 course) alongside a workplace development programme. This will give the individual the underpinning knowledge, experience and skills to become a Highway Engineer
Following successful completion of the 3 year apprenticeship your salary will be £22,571 to £29,174
