Peterborough City Council's Commissioning Division is looking to recruit an Access To Resources [ART] Assistant Officer working as part of our team at Sand Martin House, Peterborough, to cover maternity on a fixed contract.

The ART Assistant Officer supports the ART Officer in the commissioning of individual child placements for children who are in care, as well as a range of other service provision in support of vulnerable children and their families. The role requires the right candidate to be able to demonstrate effective time management skills, and a good understanding of the legislative framework surrounding the delivery of care services to children on the edge of care, and those children that are in care.

We are looking for a highly motivated, conscientious and commercially aware officer to join our team, able to demonstrate their understanding of the job role and the importance of working across professional boundaries to secure the best service/placement options for our most vulnerable children and young people.
