We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and excellent customer care skills to work within the Passenger Transport Operations Team. The duties will primarily include assisting with the co-ordination of day-to-day passenger transport operations for education and children’s social care ensuring transport is provided in an efficient and cost effective way.
The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with transport requests and assist in the maintenance of records for all transport arrangements including inputting of all customer information, journey requirements and scheduling.
The person needs to be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and have a passion for working within a customer focused environment. Substantial experience of working in an office environment and excellent IT and organisational skills is essential. Previous experience within the Transport Sector would be an advantage but not essential.
