PCC Grade 4 £18,562 - £19,312 this is a permanent post 37hrs per week on a shift system with shift allowance.




We are looking for an individual that has the energy and enthusiasm to play a key role within the facilities team ensuring that the working and learning environment of all City College sites is maintained at the highest quality.

You will be willing to travel between the sites of City College to unlock and lock up sites including other security measures and be flexible within the current shift pattern and able to work alone as well as part of a team.

You will have experience of working in a facilities or caretaking environment and be capable of carrying out a wide variety of general maintenance and upkeep duties to a high standard

You will have excellent customer service skills and be willing to respond to staff and learners in understanding their needs and promoting a positive environment, including good knowledge of Health and Safety, hygiene standards and good attention to detail.
