We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance & Office Manager to join our Business Team at Clare Lodge.
Clare Lodge is a Secure Children’s Welfare Home providing care for some of the country’s most vulnerable young people. As part of the Business Team you will provide efficient and effective business support to the Home enabling it to deliver the highest quality of care.
Supervisory experience is essential, along with a mature and supportive disposition is required to manage the office team.
The role is required to support the Home in meeting its financial obligations by processing/
monitoring and reporting on all the finance systems.
The successful candidate will have:
· Working knowledge of financial systems
· Experience of managing a team
· Working knowledge Microsoft Excel & Word – ECDL or equivalent
· Effective communication skills, ability to keep calm & non-confrontational
· Level 3 Business / Finance qualification or equivalent
