MASH works closely with its partner agencies in the spirit of the Care Act to share
information with the aim of providing the highest quality of response to adults at risk.
MASH is committed to making safeguarding personal and this involves engaging with
the adult at risk, or their advocate to agree a way forward which follows the six key
principles of s42 enquires under the Care Act.

The team is co-located with the police at Chord Park, Godmanchester and you will be
expected to undertake advanced vetting for this position.

The person we are looking for will:
• Be a registered social worker and have completed their AYSE
• Have a willingness to develop an in-depth knowledge of the Care Act and be able
to apply it in practice.

workforce to reflect this diversity, which we believe is beneficial for our employees,
the organisation, and the communities we serve.

to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
