Peterborough City Council's 0 to 25 Disability Service, provide support to children and young people with disabilities and their families. 

The service operates two teams; a 0 to 18 children's team and a transitions team for 14 to 25 year olds, to aide them in their transition into adult services and early adulthood.

If you have experience working with children and young adults who have complex needs and have a passion for providing support and guidence for them,  then why not join our team?
